Dental Services	Price
Cleaning (includes extractions, xray, anasthesia, iv catheter, fluids, scaling, polishing) Pricing also includes extractions.  If no extractions are needed, the price will be lower end of range.  Pricing goes up the more extractions needed but will not exceed the maximum price listed no matter how many extractions needed.
