Guardian Angel Veterinary Care is a non-corporate, lower cost clinic focusing on spay, neuter, dental and emergency surgical procedures (gastrointestinal foreign body surgeries, perineal urethrostomies, pyometras, enucleations, amputations, cystotomies, etc). Our goal is to provide lower cost options for owners such that they do not find themselves in a situation where they must consider euthanasia for a treatable illness because they lack funds.
The clinic has direct digital x-ray for both general radiology and dental radiology. We offer in-house blood testing with our Heska/Antech machines and also use Antech as our reference lab. Blood pressure, Sp02, and heart rate monitoring available for our procedures. No ultrasound at the moment but highly open to this in the future. We have great staff with 6 certified technicians and many other experienced pet nurses. Many of the staff have been with us for quite some time. The clinic is independently owned.
We are looking for an experienced vet who is efficient at spay and neuter and/or comfortable with most of those above-mentioned surgeries and/or dentals. The schedule is quite flexible ranging from one to two days a week consistently or 2 days a month. Pay will be based off experience/efficiency level and can be anywhere from $800 to $1000 for a shift (8:45a to 5:30p). Please reach out if any questions.
